Fees are charged at $260 per hour PLUS a booking fee of $130.
This rate covers transport costs (unless the venue is outside the greater Auckland area
- this will incur an additional cost) and the services of four musicians.
2 hours playing fee (our minimum) = $650 (this includes the non-refundable pre-paid
booking fee of $130 to confirm your booking).
Extra hours = $260 each
The remainder of the fee is payable on the date of the
function. Cash payments are preferred,
but a cheque will be accepted if
negotiated prior to the function. We do not have Credit Card
or EFTPOS
facilities.
We request that you provide the following items and conditions:
- Four chairs without arms.
- If we will be playing outdoors, a shady or covered area to play in
or under (as our instruments
cannot be in the sun or wet conditions).
- Bright lighting (overhead lights or lamps) for evening functions (necessary
to see our music).
- Drinks (e.g. water, juice, wine) to have during our break(s). We take
a 5 minute break at the
end of each hour.
Please contact us approximately 2 weeks prior to your function to discuss
your musical preferences
and special requests. For wedding ceremonies
we will need to know whether to play the traditional
"Bridal March"
by Wagner, or an alternative.
